DS4 ProFlex Sublimation Ink
Created to work with Mutoh’s latest generation of water based sublimation printers—including the XpertJet 1341WR Pro, XpertJet 1642WR Pro and the future XpertJet 1682SR DS Pro (Summer 2025)— the DS4 ProFlex ink offers better colour control, reliable printing, and smoother workflows.
The ink, successor of Mutoh’s DS3 ink, uses a refined formula with new colour ingredients, improved grip on transfer paper and reduced sensitivity to temperature variations during printing. These upgrades translate to more stable colour reproduction, even during long production runs or when working with uncoated or lower-cost transfer paper.

DS4 ProFlex comes in clean, degassed 1 kg pouches and is compatible with Mutoh’s advanced AccuFine piezo printhead technology. It’s suitable for use in among others sportswear, fashion, signage, and promotional items.
